The place was closed at Drop off on Sunday Feb 22. When using the mobile app to complete Drop off procedure, the app would not complete after 2 rounds of repeated pictures, it finally completed and was submitted that Sunday Feb 22. Dropped off keys in Drop off box. No email confirmation of completion of Drop off. Later that week after my drop off on Sunday, I received an email reminder to return the vehicle after I already returned, which prompted a phone call to that Uhaul location. When I called the Drop off location during the week when site was supposed to be open, the voicemail was full and the message given was that I should text on that number. I, to this date of March 2nd, have not received a response via phone call or return text. I received an email of a closed contract with the wrong date of return, stating I returned the vehicle 5 days later on Feb 27th. I have texted back again on the number posted at that address and asked that the contract be revised with the correct Drop off date and have still not received a response.

Kelly HThis is my preferred p/u and drop off location as it’s only few miles from my shop and where I use the truck every year. But somehow, with a month to relocate a truck to this location(that usually has one here anyway) I get redirected to a center 30/60 minutes away. It’s very frustrating.

Edwin WI reserved an Appliance dolly & 12 blankets, which were NOT in the truck upon pick-up before hours. I called the location and the gentleman told me he doesn't have blankets at his location. He said the the dolly was at his residence and I could stop by and pick it up. I asked him to deliver it to my place, but that was not an option. I'm a firm believer in GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE and I feel that this situation was very mediocre
Tony SUhaul clerk requested I pick up the truck a day early on Friday instead of Saturday because he wanted to have the weekend off. He said i would not be charged for Friday. My invoice was charged for 4 days, not 3 as agreed. Additionally, there was also a charge of 238.00 for Wrongdropoff. I made NUMEROUS attempts to contact him regarding the discrepancies via phone calls & texts messages. He never returned my calls or texts. It wasn't until I called the contact number off of the invoice & left 2 messages before I received a returned call. Eventually I was credited $348.38 for the extra day and the error of wrong drop off. I returned the truck to the same location I picked it up from so I should not have been charged wrong drop off to begin with. The manager of this uhaul location was not helpful at all in resolving these billing errors. Even this review has my drop off location as 2850 GA HWY 85 E. Manchester, GA 31816 which is incorrect. The pick up AND drop off was at Chipley's 6590 Hamilton Rd. Pine Mountain, GA. 31822.

Wooten ODidn't have my reservation ready had to drive to hogansville then to pine mountain in order to get a truck causing me time and money.
Dexter LKenneth the rep at Chipley’s was very nice and helped hook the trailer up. We misread the size we needed and had to switch back out for a larger one and he was still understanding and helpful through the whole process. The only thing I would suggest to fix would be an accurate amount for the rental. I was quoted a price and shown a price from his computer through the website but was charged more on my card. Even after return the amount didn’t adjust so the fees was the only issue.

John HThe representative at Main Street told me to move the trailer after I parked next to other u haul trucks. Then he told me to go to another location. He said many times get that trailer out of here. He told me go down the street to another u haul. I drove for 2 miles and didn’t see another location. I came back and he said go 2 or 3 miles. He was nasty, demanding and beligerant. Terrible person
