Ken was great! This is the second time dropping off at his location and the only location we’ll use for our Pine Mountain move. He personally managed our return and assured us he’d handle the return location mistake that was made. He did and we received our zero balance receipt expected. His kindness and consideration is why we chose this location.
Caren HAlthough we never met Ken, the couple times we called he was pleasant and supportive. We returned the truck one day early, which happened to also be the day his business was closed. No problem, the app worked great and we also took additional photos to store on our phone. He was very convenient, easy to find and parking a large truck wasn’t an issue. Would definitely use this location again.

James hGreat experience from this location. Owner was on vacation and U-Haul was aware. They stilled rented the truck. When I arrived he had a sign saying so. I called him and he stated he was on the way home from his vacation. He stopped and made sure I was taken care of. Even though he didn’t need to since it was a U-Haul error not his, he made sure his customer was taken care of. That is great service!!! Thank you! I don’t know what I would have done. The truck I needed was only available over an hour away. His service should be a lesson to many on customer service.
