Great experience from this location. Owner was on vacation and U-Haul was aware. They stilled rented the truck. When I arrived he had a sign saying so. I called him and he stated he was on the way home from his vacation. He stopped and made sure I was taken care of. Even though he didn’t need to since it was a U-Haul error not his, he made sure his customer was taken care of. That is great service!!! Thank you! I don’t know what I would have done. The truck I needed was only available over an hour away. His service should be a lesson to many on customer service.

I have no problem renting something from that gentleman if I need something up in the area and I would recommend him to anybody that I know here in Pine Mountain. Georgia.
