The location was not staffed during operating hours. There was limited phone signal due to the rural location, and not guest wifi access. This made my 11am pickup take 2 hours to complete. Also, the equipment that I reserved was not on the truck. This was the most difficult move I've ever had, and I've done 20 years of DITY moves with the military.
