This location was good but it was very hard to use the app to get the truck. As a first time renter, there should have been a text or email the day of the rental to get ready for the pick up - such as entering my license and other information telling me to make sure location services were on. The area where the pick up was doesn't have strong cell service so GPS was difficult for a little bit. getting pictures of the truck with snow banks difficult. Taking pictures of my license there wasn't a good place to put it down to get a good one so that took 3Xs The letter combo lock was tempermental. At least drop off worked faster

The mobile pickup process was a huge pain in the ass, the truck had low air in the left front tire, and less than a quarter tank of gas. I expected less hassle...

The customer service at the site was excellent. I had trouble with the corporate/app pick up process. First thing was the failure to have a truck at my preferred location in NY despite advance booking. Second - it Took over an hour of calls to the 800 number for pick up until I reached a knowledgeable representative who easily solved the problem. The regional manager Mel followed up with me and offered assistance, which added to the great customer service offered by the site manager.

Had a good choice of trucks but lot not lit, lock very hard to open and check in process very lengthy.

Wasn't told there wouldn't be anyone there, had a hard time w the app took almost a hour outside freezing trying to get the lock boxes to open. Was the worst experience

I accidentally left my wallet in the truck after dropping my key and Chris went above and beyond to make sure I got it back quickly. Entire process was smooth and location was easy to navigate
