The software process is very slow. The mobile app was trash on Friday but got fixed in time to use...but still...laggy. The desktop app came through in a clutch, but the process is painful. You have to provide two references after having uploaded a driver's license and payment? Not really sure what crime drove that requirement - but it's arduous. Furthermore, the cell connection in that area for AT&T seemed pretty slow. For every one of these 24/7 sites, you should mandate the vendor install WiFi - link it to the mobile app if you must - but make it possible to use to speed things up. The photo uploads took FOREVER. Finally, last truck I rented had 0% oil life left and was complaining about the TPS. I noted all the tires seemed inflated fine and we were able to use the truck - but still. Once a customer reports those things, the truck should really be taken out of service ASAP.
