They had no idea how to receive in the unit, they had me do the receive in on my phone which was something they clearly should have done, and then did not have the password to receive it in and told me I would have to wait till someone else came in to work to receive it back

Matthew EThere are not a lot of U-Haul trucks here and someone called the police on me when I returned the U-Haul. I was harassed by 3 police officers. I have never dealt with this at any other location. The U-Haul also felt uneasy to drive because it veered off to the right and left often.
