It took OVER 30 minutes to pick up reserved uhual.. The location is a of metal construction so you have no phone service inside.. That is an issue when the customer is left doing everything and uploading pictures via uhaul portal.. had togo in and out of pick up location for about 15min to complete pick up process... 15ft Uhaul was not in good condition, windshield was dirty inside and out, hard pull to the right when driving, right front tire cupping and almost bald on outside of tire!! Driver side windshield wiper is completely trashed with rubber leading edge hanging off of wiper.. To make mattrer worse I was not able to be accommodated with different truck same day so was stuck driving unsafe truck.. Grateful DOT did not pull me over!! Do better uhaul. Not happy!!!

JIMMY G.I requested a smaller truck because I didn't have a lot to move but none were available. That wasn't a problem because Uhaul upgraded me to a larger size truck for the same price as the smaller one. Once I picked up the truck and go in the first thing I noticed was the truck smelled like a dirty wet dog had lived in it for a week. Once I was done moving everything and was on my way back to drop off the truck I noticed that it made a grinding noise when you drove 55-60 mph. I informed the store of what I was hearing so they could let Uhaul know. To improve the next persons experience with the truck that I used I would recommend doing a deep cleaning and taking it in for service to find out what the grinding noise is when driving over 55 so it doesn't end up leaving someone stranded.
Chris W.Location has been out of business for over 3 months, lost my flight back to Miami. Very frustrated experience, but hen I call the 1800 number I had to wait over an hour for instructions to where drop off the truck. Over all I will NEVER ever use U-Haul again and I will let everyone knows through conversation and social media not to use U-Haul based on my experience. Cynthia Preston who answer my call did not show sympathy nor offered anything to make this experience a little better.
JORGE T.These rural drop offs ( gas stations, repair shops ) are not equipped to provide the same level of assistance available at a U-haul location, but I suppose that is to be expected.
Dennis M.Be aware that this is a gas station and everything else will take priority over you and your rental. We had to stop multiple times so the cashier could ring up the other customers. The person that rented us the trailer never laid hands on it.

Fabrice S.My problem was with the entire reservation. I was at Fair in Calhoun ga at 7:30 am on Sunday. The truck was not available. Your system.sucks badly. I wasted 5 hours and never did get a truck on Sunday. I had to cancel my overseas planned trip and instead try again with your Belwood dealer on Monday. That went well except that I got overcharged for the.mileage. I drove 19 miles and was charged for 35!!! I have.pictures to prove.my.point. What a disastrous experience. Again!!!! Please adjust my.mileage and credit the balance.

William L.The only hiccup was getting in touch with a source to complete the rental. Once in contact all went well and very quick. The online return was awesome. The trailer was in great shape and easy to connect and pull.

John H.Make sure the truck is clean and does not stink. Actually have a truck at the "guaranteed pick up location" so that the customer does not have to go to a different location to get the truck.
