Make sure you put all rented equipment inside the truck

Jacqueline RI contacted them because of a tire puncture while driving, but they did not answer my phone, which was very inconvenient. I was unable to use Safemove coverage, so I ended up going to a nearby repair shop to resolve the issue.

Alexander AWhen I got the estimated receipt, fuel level showed it full, but it was 3/4 full in the tank so I took the picture of dashboard just in case. And, I took only 5 miles and returned the truck. They charged fuel fee for 1/4. so I have called the Uhaul customer service to solve this wrongly charges. So be careful when you get the truck. Be sure to take a picture of anything for evidence. I thought they tried to scam me.

Elise RThe website was very slow and time consuming. It took almost an hour to check in because of issues uploading pictures. The website would not load and I would have to start over. Other than this issue, the rest of my experience was very pleasant and easy. The difficulty with the website would make me think twice about using the mobile check-in option in the future.

HOK CLeave truck’s gas tank full. I’m not sure if this is possible, and I’m sure there’s a reason for leaving the trucks at half a tank, but it would make it easier to fill up upon return.

TIMOTHY DIf you're moving nearby, it's cheaper than Home Depot and I recommend it, but there was a hidden fee and it was about $15 more expensive than expected. It's not good that the fee is unclear. However, it was a very good rental experience.
Kumpei OMy overall experience was very positive. I am not one to focus on the negative. Therefore, I would offer you this constructive criticism. When I had spoken to the The rental agent at the location, I Informed him I did not know how long I would be renting the truck for. He asked me if I would be back by 8 PM, I picked up the truck at 4 PM. I said it’s a possibility. When I return the truck, it was 9 o’clock. He informed me that should have been charged another day because I was an hour late returning a truck. It was not explained to me properly, you have to inform your customers that if they give you a time and they show up late, they will be charged another day. I had rented the truck I believe was 1995 for eight hours. The rental agent was very considerate and explained to me that he would not charge me for the extra day, but next time to be aware My estimated return time. Once again, overall, the experience was very good. The rental agent was excellent, again the only thing I can suggest is that when they ask for estimated return time it should be explained to them that there could be an extra charge. Thank you and I will always rent from you, especially this location.

Sherrill CI honestly would still recommend to a friend. But I need my refund for not having the moving blankets in the truck. There was a plastic coffee cup in the cab I really don’t care about but I’m guessing it means that the truck want checked or stocked with the supplies I was supposed to have.

Ulises PTook a while to find keys. Found out the assigned car was blocked in by another truck. Had to remind him I'm waiting and move the truck out of the way myself so I could leave. Was late for moving window. Rep also added features I did not request for when reserving the truck.
Namhoon PVery confusing process to drop off. I could not understand the attendant. Then they charged me $135 for a fuel charge fee claiming that the truck's tank was empty when I had filled it passed the initial fill line before dropping it off. They could be trying to rig the system dishonestly to get some more money.
Alexander LThe store had no idea how to complete paper work. Reservation made online. Guys keep calling multiple people. Arrived 20 min early but van was received 30 min after the reservation time. 2 dollys ordered online. Received only one. When asked the store says “ I don’t know. We only give keys “. Once returned the vehicle they overcharged with wrong odometer reading for 100 miles. Thank God we had taken pictures of odometer before leaving premises and once returned. Had less than 3/4th tank of gas when received , refilled more than 3/4th upon return and still charged for extra gas. Never rent from this store or if you do please make sure to take pictures for your safety. Horrible experience
