Very good and friendly thank for everything
Bekir BI came to this CITGO after my attempt to pick up my reservation failed at the 1549 Bergen Blvd. Fuel 4. I showed up there and they did not have my van. Almost ruined my day. I was not offered the $50 guarantee Refund. But the 1640 Bergen Boulevard Citgo came through and was great!

Darrin HVenue staff waved me off when I asked to check in vehicle and do a walk around upon return. Venue checked the vehicle in 90 minutes later and charged me a late fee of a second rental and insurance charge totaling over $50 that I disputed and am being refunded directly from U-Haul.
