YOU SUCK HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE UHAUL RIPS OFF THEIR CUSTOMERS
DIEGO SThe facility was fine; my experience with Uhaul was horrible! I book online and was given the choice to process using an app or process on site, which I chose. When I got there they told me they could not process; that I had to use the app which took a half an hour to get working. I don't blame them, I blame the Uhaul website for this misinformation. Secondly, I paid $10 for 10 moving blankets which they did not have; I find this out after half hour to process my order; was told my only option was to cancel the order and start over which I didn't have the time to do... but this leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I rate Uhaul as one star on service.
Robert BNo windshield washer fluid and no pads available. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Walter AAlmost. I was following the process but when I hit the claim the keys from the lock box and take photos of the vehicle, that's when I found out I had been given the wrong keys in the lock box and the keys were for another vehicle. It was 6:45/7am in the morning so nobody was available to pick up the phone to assist. Because I was sorting out the correct key situation, I lost my place on the app and couldn't return to the upload photo part. Never uploadedthe photos. Cupholders were dirty. Windows were dirty. Wish there was a USB port to charge phone.
