It would be nice if the vehicle was checked and cleaned before the next customer. My vehicle had coffee spilled on the cup holders and the mats needed to be vacuum cleaned

DIEGO SThe facility was fine; my experience with Uhaul was horrible! I book online and was given the choice to process using an app or process on site, which I chose. When I got there they told me they could not process; that I had to use the app which took a half an hour to get working. I don't blame them, I blame the Uhaul website for this misinformation. Secondly, I paid $10 for 10 moving blankets which they did not have; I find this out after half hour to process my order; was told my only option was to cancel the order and start over which I didn't have the time to do... but this leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I rate Uhaul as one star on service.
