This location was great. But my issue is with the truck that i reserved not being at my initial pick-up location. As a result of me showing up at 6:30am, and there not being my truck there, I had to commute an extra 90mins both ways to this location in New Jersey in order to get the only available truck. This is unacceptable. Truly. U-haul should have called me prior to my reservation and let me know that my truck wasn’t at the location, and should have solved the problem. I will be requesting a refund and compensation for the incremental expenses I incurred in order to go pick up my truck that I had reserved.

Truck did not have the rental dolly I paid for and I was still charged for it.
Fernando ARented a Utility dolly as per the contract, however the U haul did not have the utility dolly Had to call customer service and go to a different location to rent the utility dolly. Took 2 hrs additional time for this process

JASON TThis location it’s very bad I returned the car at time and he didn’t close the contract until I got back to him and he over charged me for nothing I returned the truck after an hour he added me for after hour returns and he said that I made 44 miles to the truck and I did only made with the car like 7 8 miles he charged me 55$ when I picked up the truck and the truck was only 19.95 per 75min and I only had the truck for 60min and now he charged me 87$ dollars for nothing I want to see this guy in court
