When we returned the vehicle , store should send the drop off confirmation right away , which is make the customer safe and satisfied

Zain UThis location was great. But my issue is with the truck that i reserved not being at my initial pick-up location. As a result of me showing up at 6:30am, and there not being my truck there, I had to commute an extra 90mins both ways to this location in New Jersey in order to get the only available truck. This is unacceptable. Truly. U-haul should have called me prior to my reservation and let me know that my truck wasn’t at the location, and should have solved the problem. I will be requesting a refund and compensation for the incremental expenses I incurred in order to go pick up my truck that I had reserved.
Gregory ATruck did not have the rental dolly I paid for and I was still charged for it.
