The trailer has not been maintained properly. 3 lights had the x sticker and did not work. The right turn signal light did not work. Brake lights worked on the top set but not the bottom set. Had to add trailer brake fluid because it was low on fluid. Did not have the stand up moving dolly we requested with the trailer order. We reserved the trailer two weeks ahead of pickup day at the lake in the hills location, and then it was not at that location on pick up day. Returning the trailer was a difficult event. Went to 3 different U-Haul rental places Harney road location at 1:00 manager was out soon to return paper hand written sign. Big boys storage on 301 is a U-Haul name but not a return location. 56th street was great and in and out in 5 minutes. Actually did the lights check with the return process.

UHaul (CORPORATE) switched up pick up AND drop off location on me the day before and the day of. NOT OK. Dome light doesn't work Seat very difficult to adjust. Gas only at 2/3 full App is a pain in the ass. Would let me take pic/dowload pics of truck into the app. Gentleman at City Limits Auto wa VERY nice and helpful.

Wouldn’t let me get past the screen when you take pictures of the truck (which was very clean) and the pictures I took were exactly how they instructed. I had to call customer service and it just took a lot longer than it should have. At least the guy I spoke to on the customer service line was helpful and helped push the checkout process through
William LI dealt primarily with Arnold and he was absolutely amazing. We were in a bind and needed a UHaul immediately and Arnold provided!
Josh SUpon arriving - the associate was not there, however, we phoned the number on the building, he was very polite and provided instructions on how to perform the return, he arrived and checked the vehicle in without issue.
