We needed the truck to store all of our garage stuff while we had the garage floor coated, so we only drove the truck a total of 6 miles. Good thing we didn’t need to make a move because the truck had difficulty starting and road very rough. We never interacted with a human when picking up and dropping off the truck, which was weird. The location, which was convenient for us, is on a busy street and a steep hill. It wasn’t clear exactly where we were supposed to leave the truck, which was up a steep hill and not paved very well. My husband actually drove the truck around the business twice trying to figure out where to park the truck. There was no one around to guide us. The truck served it’s purpose but it was an unpleasant experience getting it and driving it.

Nothing, the customer service representative in Fitchburg MA. made a very emotional time in my life extremely non stressful. Dianna’s recommendation made the moving process effortless. The customer service person in Tilton NH was quick on taking our trucks back and very helpful as well.

When I picked up the truck it was at a quarter of a tank 38 miles till empty. I returned the truck with 42 miles to empty above what I was given. She told me I got it at a quarter I don't have to worry about any other charges I brought it back above a little bit above a quarter now I'm being charged for the gasoline. I do not like the lady that runs that place

Inquired of Dante at Leominster location and he was a real turn off. Luckily I stopped by the Fitchburg location on water st and the crew there was top notch. Will use that location again. Dante sucks

NOTE: This is nothing against City Storage and should not be taken negatively. Consider verbally warning/reminding customers that these vehicles will require a considerably longer distance to slow to a stop from highway speeds. Even though it should be obvious. I tow heavy with my own F-350 frequently. But the required stopping distance of a loaded F-650 box truck caught me by surprise when I was turning onto Oak Hill Rd from Route 2.

Great difficulty with the pick-up before store hours. The system wouldn't accept the photograph of my drivers license, so my rental was delayed about 90n minutes.

No way to improve a great experience! Even though the sales agent had another customer, he managed to be attentive to both and I was in/out in a matter of minutes. I would recommend this location to anyone.
