The after hours drop off fee is a joke. If i read carefully I would have waited until they were open. There was nowhere to park so ai had to park in front of their building but it was well lit.

the first place i went to pick up my trailer the guy said it was in a accident so we do not have a trailer for you . i drove all the way down from woodstock nb to bedford ns, the guys that works at the uhaul place did nothing to help, all he could say sorry nothing we can do . then i got a call from uhaul and they said sorry your trailer got rebooked, so there is two storys ,anywayi got a trailer at a diffenert place , NOT VERY HAPPY about the guy at uhaul

The service at this location was very poor. The person I delt with was inexperience and did not know how to operate the computer program. Another, person with not much experience had to assist. In the end the price they ended up with on the computer was way over the cost of prices quoted to me. At this point they had to phone someone at a Uhaul call center and turn the phone over to me to get things straightened out. This whole process took an hour to get done. Than I and the person waiting on me went to get the truck but he know where it was located and had to call someone to find it. Between the confusing costs of the rental rates and wasted time in getting the truck I would think twice about renting from Uhaul again and never would I get a truck from that locationagain.

The trailer worked great. The center that I rented from is a disaster. Dirty, unorganized, no one in the office, no parking, printer didn't work and no real signage. Has head office ever visited this location? You should be embarrassed to call this a Uhaul location its an auto repair shop.

I checked into UHaul online prior to arrival so that I could avoid a line up. The location had no UHaul signage and was difficult to find. UHaul equipment was located off site. I get there and after waiting 15 minutes I had to wait longer as one person only deals with UHaul. They were not ready for me, nor was a trailer waiting. Online check in and advanced payment was useless. Then I was asked to swipe my credit card again for a total different amount about $80-$100 more. I refused but to their benefit they sorted it out. Once that was straightened around, we went to the offsite lot I viewed the trailer and the inside stanch like seafood, and was littered with crab legs. Again to their benefit they swept it out and sprayed the back with Febreeze which delay with the situation.

Convenient location. They should have more stock and promote more as there are a lot of new/mobile residential areas all around Bluewater Rd.

The guy who we spoke to when dropping off the cargo trailer didn’t write anything down saying the cargo trailer was returned. We got a call a few days later saying the trailer hadn’t been returned. We explained where it was dropped and that he didn’t take any info from us...they said it should be ok. We didn{t hear back so had to call again today to confirm they found it in the empty lot where we dropped it. I would never drop it there again we would drive to Dartmouth they were excellent when we returned a cargo trailer there a few weeks earlier!

U-Haul changed our location and was unreasonable when I already had a truck rented and they wanted to change it. They made me drive out of town to pick up a truck. The person dealing with me let it slip that they would have the truck at 8 am. So why didn’t u haul honour our original agreement and drive the truck to were I rented it. It’s also straight up silly that I had to pay for the extra millage and I can’t recommend U-Haul to anyone. My roommates are moving out in a month and I already told them about my experience.

The person who handled the return was very rude and not helpful at all. Sounded like the whole return was beyond him and not with his time. Didn't explain what he was doing when he just left with the keys and had me stand there with no idea what was happening.

Don't have location options available during initial sign up if they are not available. Stick to one method of communication. I spent all last week listening to your voicemails and dealing with your emails.

Confusing location... is it a car shop or a uhaul rental place? Hard to tell. Waited a longtime to be waited on. Nice staff just seems like too much going on and not enough staff.

Friendly bunch, someone helped hook up the trailer I rented and I was on my way. Their parking lot is a bit tight to get around but if you can't handle that maybe you should not be renting and towing a trailer. :)

truck was clean, however - Rented Truck on a wet day - roof had patches that gave way to small leaks - was not verbally told about this before I took the truck Other than that, customer service was excellent, staff was friendly and helpful.

I was told to park my car in the driveway and directed to park in the spot that I parked in. After finishing my move and coming back that night at 11:30 PM, I dropped the key in the drop box and went over to my car. My car had been double parked and I was unable to move it out of the space. I was then stuck in Bedford N.S Canada without a ride home, and eventually got ahold of my aunt who was able to pick me up about an hour later, in total I spent roughly 1.5-2 hours in the parking lot of the uhaul facility at midnight and didn't get home until around 1:30 A.M.

Overall good experience. The girl at reception was wonderful and very kind and helpful. She seemedvery knowledgeable. The man who hooked the trailer to the vehicle on the other hand, seemed demeaning I'm a quiet way. Making comments regarding moving vehicle closer when we weren't to his exact instructions ie. off by a few inches when backing up to the trailer, shaking his head and rolling his eyes. He made comments like "hope you can pull that".. "be careful, good luck" and made us feel incompetent.. our thoughts were because we were females. Held our heads high and pulled away like Champs and we're perfectly fine of course.. but his comments were unnecessary.

Improved parking: the parking lot was already full of cars, so we really didn't have a place to park. Tell people something about the vehicle and perhaps some quick tips for driving it before leaving.

I received the truck 2 hours late (while loaders were waiting) and I have ordered 60 blankets..received only 12....then I was told that someone will call me...so I took the truck and 12 blankets....I waited for 1.5 hours...did not receive any call then I want to the uhaul site agin and spoke to gentleman there he called the main site in Halifax and they called 3 different locations....told me one location showing 60 blankets....however no one is answering the phone and another location have 12 blankets...I want to the location with 60 blankest...they had none then I drove to another location and picked 12 blankets...while loaders waiting again....we have to use our own blankets and bed sheets etc....

Location parking lot is a mess, interior of the building is a mess, personnel not there when i first came to return equipment and the person that was there did not know how to process it. Had to come back a 1/2 hour later and off load trailer myself. Waste of my time!!!! Said he could not offer compensation for my inconvenience

The location was excellent however i will never rent a haul again. this was the second location we had to travel to as the first location that was suppose to have our rental didn't have it. We made reservation weeks ahead had confirmation received several email and calls days before the rental date then nothing, ended up driving hundreds of kms to actually receive a truck. Even though we received a much cheaper rental the whole experience was very unpleasant, stressful and completely unacceptable.

Long wait. No heat in waiting room, no attendant around. A mechanic told us we could be waiting 15 mins before someone would serve us. He disappeared and we saw nobody for 15 minutes. The truck was not clean. Nobody did a walk through with me, but I was expected to just sign off that it was clean and not damaged. When I got in the truck, there was tobacco (the rolling kind) in the cup holder, and some garbage left over from the previous person. It had not been cleaned. I cleaned the pieces garbage out myself but left the tobacco. I didn't want to deal with that mess, it was not mine and it was disgusting.
