Civic Pride is amazing for parts and service but a terrible location to pickup a UHaul. The staff were great but the parking lot is super crowded and hard to navigate.
Casey CThe app is terrible, it took over an hour to figure out how to get the keys, and afterwards it took over an hour to try and upload pictures. This is extremely unprofessional and creates unnecessary stress during a move. In person should be always the case
Alexa GIt was very unclear where to drop off the trailer and there isn’t much room to maneuver around the parking lot.
Paul JIt was a CLOSED, store front. I had to park on a hill and man handle the dolly into a parking lot. Absolutely ridiculous
