michel CThe location was great but the 24/7 mobile pick up is terrible. It took 45 minutes to get everything approved through the app. It was very slow. I pre-registered a couple days before and entered driver's license numbers but had to redo it after talking to a rep on the phone. The rep was even having trouble as Uhaul's system was extremely slow. The app/process needs a complete overhaul. It is one of the worst "convenience " apps I have ever used. This is not the first time I've had issues with the app, but definitely the worst.

Ron BUhaul told me I would get a month free storage here, but the location does not participate. Uhaul needs to take them off their list. They're giving out bad info saying they are free.

Diana BWe filled the truck up to full ( only was suppose to only fill it to 3/4 to help cover the 28 miles to take it back) and got charged $68 additional charges for only going over milage by 30 miles. I feel like the gas that we put in should have cover what miles we went over.

CALVIN Cthey could have someone on staff, or at least answer the phone during open business hours in case you have a question. It was an abandoned drop off area. There was no wifi to load pictures of the clean truck being returned.
Theresa SThe U-Haul that we got did not come with a dolly on our order we had paid for a utility dolly and it was not provided we had to go to lake manawa council bluffs to get a whole different dolly on a whole different contract
Jacob SMy pickup location was changed three times and this location was in a different state and at a facility in a corn field with no one there to help me. I called the number in the office door and no one answered for an hour so I had to hook up the trailer myself and call uhaul for instructions

Michael LWhen I rented the trailer I was not given a location to drop that was convenient. The one I took it to was 25 miles from my home and there was one 2 miles away.
Randy RPrice per mile from .69 to .99 weekday rental is excessive. For that reason, I will not be renting from uhaul again. Pigs get fat & HOGS go to Slaughter

Brianna BI rented a truck at 930pm at night, even tho it says gate closes at 9pm. So I was lucky to be able to do that. HOWEVER, the next day when it was due back a woman called to say I had to have it back by 9pm as the gate closes at 9pm. Which is fine, as I knew I would have it back by then. But she wasn't very polite about it, and kept repeating herself even tho I said 5 times that it would be back before 9pm. So maybe, just a little bit more courteous customer sevice would be nice. Moving is stressful enough!
JASON FSusan was at the site when we arrived with the truck ready to go. She was friendly and quite personable. The transaction went smoothly. The truck was returned after closing, but arrangements for after hours return worked out very nicely. I parked the truck, dropped the key into the return box and headed home. I have had some bad experiences in the past when I have rented from U haul. Thankfully, this was not one of them.
