The location was great but the 24/7 mobile pick up is terrible. It took 45 minutes to get everything approved through the app. It was very slow. I pre-registered a couple days before and entered driver's license numbers but had to redo it after talking to a rep on the phone. The rep was even having trouble as Uhaul's system was extremely slow. The app/process needs a complete overhaul. It is one of the worst "convenience " apps I have ever used. This is not the first time I've had issues with the app, but definitely the worst.

Ron B.Uhaul told me I would get a month free storage here, but the location does not participate. Uhaul needs to take them off their list. They're giving out bad info saying they are free.
