The office was closed and I was unaware of how to pick the truck up had to call customer service she was no help put me on hold as I was struggling to figure it out and after being on hold for 5 minutes she hung up the phone leaving me again confused

Cookie MIt would help to have wifi at the locations because I had a problem with my network in the location that I picked up from. The agent that assisted me was awesome (the best ever).

Chrisostomi GI had to go to the site that book the unit to get the products needed to move that should have been in unit. Not happy with pick up location.
Robert RWe had to use a truck with windshield broken which was a huge distraction as we drove. They did not let us know this at all. We saw the broken windshield after the truck was rented to us. Just awful!

Richard PIt took over an hour to pickup the truck via 24/7 due to issues with the website and the app. The location was closed for vacation, so there was no one to ask for help at this location. We had to call Bill from the Mantua location to connect us to a field representative to finally pickup the truck because the customer service line was an hour wait time...

Chrisandra PHad a problem with the return. We got there at 4:20 and preceded to fill out the return form. i took 2 pictures and my phone died. I charged the phone some and stated over. The same thing happened. By the time I got it filled out it was 6:04 . Just wanted to let you know it was there on time.
DENISE VOne tire had low pressure (43) so we had to stop and add air. And a sensor said the rear door was not shut, but it was actually fine. Otherwise, everything was good and the rental experience was fine.

Connie SHave equipment to rent at one location. Rented truck with tow dolly & had to go to another location to pick up dolly. Problem was they wanted to charge me more because it was a separate contract. Should have been on SAME contract from the start. It is not the customer's responsibility to gather equipment. At least, they should have given credit for extra mileage & fuel to travel between U-Haul agents/stores. When I arrived at second location, had to have all info entered again as well as pay separately for tow dolly. Issues were resolved eventually. Just a hassle.
JOE AI wiped down the steering wheel for my own health. Thank god I brought my lysol wipes. I had to use 4 to get it cleaned no more dirt and germs were coming off. With covid this should be a standard procedure after every use wiping down the front where people touch. Overall it was fine but this issue.
joan mWithin 5 minutes of pulling off the lot the check engine light came on. The vehicle started making a loud noise and it seemed as though the transmission was struggling to change gears. When I called Uhual for another truck, there we no 15ft trucks available. It was not a pleasant experience.

FERNANDO PEverything was perfect!!. I called, ordered reservations and the day of was off and returned as easily. Timing was instant, no hassles or delays. Cost was very acceptable too. U-Haul is definitely the right choice when you're out of options Was greatly surprised with everything . Thank you.
MARGARET NNothing. The experience was great. The agent that checked me out loaded the trailer with (for) me & explained that I’d need a Jack & an extra person when I drop it off. Huge tid bit made my drop off very easy.
James Othe pick up and return process through the app was very complicated. in the future i'd suggest simplifying it. However, the location itself was great and the truck was exactly what I needed.

PATRICIA MIt was a fantastic experience, going to Clark’s Auto to rent the UHaul truck. The service was GREAT nd EFFICIENT. I was in and out in no time at all and it was the same way when I returned the truck.

STEVE CIf you chose a location online and set the appointment there, you shouldn’t then go and switch the location hours later, especially since you are paying per mile. My pickup location was 3.6 miles from where I needed to pick up my items, I received an email after I placed the order that’s changed my location to 13.8 miles away from where I needed to be. The new pickup location that was chosen for me, the owners of the shop went on vacation that morning. I was able to do everything through my phone but it took 30 minutes to complete. Then when I finally was able to get into the Uhaul, it reeked of cigarettes and the Uhaul needed an oil change. I wiped it down, sprayed it to get the smoke smell out, but at the end of the day myself and clothes were covered in the smell. The upside, I was able to get all of my items from point A to point B, so everything worked out.
Jamie RThankfully for the gentlemen at this location that called to tell me that they closed before my pickup appointment, so I was able to do it online and in addition, he advised that the location was incorrect from what UHaul told me. Clark's was A++++. Thank you!

Bradford MDidn’t have the equipment I reserved 2 weeks prior to me moving but had a representative call me from the call center on the day of my move 2 hours before pick up to tell me it’s unavailable and it was nothing they could do for me to help me but offer me a smaller truck or me drive 2 hours to get a bigger truck that I didn’t ask for UHaul really let me down it was the very worst experience I’ve ever had and I would try my very best to never rent from them again and I would never recommend anyone to rent from them so they don’t go through what I went through!!! Not to mention I paid almost the same amount for a 10foot truck that I was going to pay for the 20 ft truck that I requested and not to mention everyone I called at UHaul couldn’t help me in no kind of way which I think is unacceptable

JOHN BHonestly feel the price per mile charges are excessive! A flat fee for local travel especially when you are returning to the same location is appropriate since renter needs to return with fuel level when started
