Everything was super seamless . I’ve been renting for years from U-Haul and this has been my first time having such a seamless experience. The lace was organized and everything was on top top shape !

The employees were friendly and helpful. The vehicle was not ready at the pickup location and I was not notified that the vehicle would not be available until I showed up. However the employees did work to find another vehicle at a "nearby" location and they considerately discounted my costs in light of the inconvenience. So I give 4 stars for their helpfulness and deduct one star for the company's (apparent) struggle in logistics coordination and communication.
Ben NWay too expensive
TROY RI booked and confirmed a 15' truck. When i arrived for pickup the keys were never placed in the lockbox. I was forced to take a 10' truck which took more time, miles and gas and paying the help for more hours. Someone didnt do their job which caused my issues. I would like to request some money back because of this.
