Only reason I say not well maintained would be that it sounded and felt like it had an exhaust manifold leak. Front desk guys were very nice.

Joe MEverything was super seamless . I’ve been renting for years from U-Haul and this has been my first time having such a seamless experience. The lace was organized and everything was on top top shape !
Kimberly GThe employees were friendly and helpful. The vehicle was not ready at the pickup location and I was not notified that the vehicle would not be available until I showed up. However the employees did work to find another vehicle at a "nearby" location and they considerately discounted my costs in light of the inconvenience. So I give 4 stars for their helpfulness and deduct one star for the company's (apparent) struggle in logistics coordination and communication.
