I had reserved a truck and they had lost my reservation then Innes location lied and said they spoke to me saying to pick up truck there while they NEVER spoke to me.. and my pick up was reserved for Rockland.. THANK YOU TO MELANIE for resolving this issue as fast as she could. She was helpful and very polite and smiled each time i saw her! This booking on line is nonsense.. Also the truck had an issue either a belt in the tire was broken or tires weren't balanced properly cause at 80km this truck would shake very badly!! Again thank you to Melanie at Uhaul in Rockland to be so helpful!! GIVE HER A RAISE.. and acknowledge all she does!Kevin M.

The folks at Classic Auto were super friendly and professional. My only concern was I used the text app to inform Uhaul that the truck was returned early but you did not update the file to let Classic Auto know. That aside, this is the first time we used Uhaul and it was a great experience.Linda C.

The truck was clean but the inside window was filthy. Everything else was great. Had the truck and trailer combo that we needed in one location which was fantastic. Fuel was at half and we left it the same way. Fuel should always be full when renting any kind of transport and then filled upon return. The service was amazing at this location, and the staff was super nice. Great experience overall.JL DENIS C.

Vehicle check-in and Check-out readings on my bill do not reflect actual mileage readings on the vehicle odometer. Luckily I had taken a picture before leaving the rental location and upon my return.Alex L.
we rent alot of trucks from uhaul, and never had such a terrible experience. the lady serving us was playing with a pig INSIDE THE BUILDING...an actual pig. while leaving the young kid in training by himself to deal with customers. we waited nearly 45 mins to get our trucks. meanwhile the other employer just sat on a chair playing on his phone. I was getting frustrated looking at the complete lack of customer care. i was getting worried because of how long MY cutomers were waiting for us and when the pig playing lady noticed my anguish she looked at me and out of nowhere threaten to cancel my rental contract and make me go elsewhere because i asked her to add insurance on the trucks.JULIEN D.

I was overcharged by 15 km the estimated cost i was given was with 25 km but i only did 10 so I should be reimbursed 15 km On top of that I was given a van that was already put aside for rental at 14:00 so I received a call around noon to let me know that they shouldn't have rented me the van so I brought the van back for 14:00 and I still needed to do one more load that I couldn't get done now will have to do with my car and that means 3 loadsDaniel C.

We have an issue with our billing that needs to be resolved. We were charged more than we were quoted. We were suppose to pick up the truck on Thursday, April 2nd until Saturday, April 4. We picked it up on Friday, April3 and retuned it on Sunday, April 5. Same 2 day rental, but we were charged extra. We also returned the truck with the same amount of gas as when we received it. The location was fine, the representative was great. My only complaint is the cost. You need to lower your pricing. I rented a truck for 2 hours and it cost me over $130.00, and that's not including gas!Chad C.
