The bill that was emailed to me was all wrong. It had an extra day on it and it said the total price was $410.28 when the actual price is $285.73. That's a big difference. Please make sure you have the correct information when you send it out to people. Also I was told if I wanted the truck for an extra night it was only an even $20.00 when it was really $29.95. U-haul was incorrect about all the prices.

the first place we went to promised us a big truck and then could not supply us, but the one they sent us to was really nice and friendly and knew the answers to all our questions . Truck was Brand New so every thing worked I dont understand why that a F 650 would be a Gas truck but it was 7.3 MPG kinda sucks

Have moved with only Uhaul for the past forty-five years. Probably 18 times, sometimes the trucks were in need of some steering or front wheel balancing, but overall things went very well. The truck I just used to move from Florida to Missouri was probably the best one of all . When the road wasn't to rough, the steering wheel had no bounce or shimmy from unbalanced tires. Not bad for a truck with 133,000 miles. Uhaul hasn't yet let me down.

I did not pick up the u-haul in Warrenton Mo. I picked it up in Winfield Mo. The U-haul computer system was not functioning due to a glitch in a recent update. I know this becuase the customer behind me tried to pick up his rental at another location and they told him that. It took me over an hour to get my rental and I was never really checked in.

Place was called Khemco Aluminum, no sign that said Classic Sales Ltd. Google even directed me to a completely different place that had nothing to do with Uhaul. Went over my mileage because of it.

The place is NOT labeled as it is on the website. Google maps sent us 6 miles away to a semi truck repair place on the OPPOSITE side of the highway

conflicting prices online vrs on site. Price was better on site than the "deal" online where the drop off was inconvenient.

5 X 8 enclosed trailer worked fine. Electric hook-up wiring did not work completely correct, as I had no "running lights when headlightson. Blinker, brakes lites worked. I check out my car wiring, and foun it all ok, so trailer wiring needs checked

Had to travel 1 hour to pick up truck and trailer. My preferred location was a 10 min drive but instead drove 60 mins. They wanted me to pick up truck at 1 location and drive to another location to pick up trailer. Called uhaul and complained and they got trailer to the truck.

Give the local vendor maximum flexibility to extend the days and free miles as needed to accommodate the needs of the renter "on the spot" without approval or involvement from a regional office.

The location was fine but your scheduling dept and customer service was the worst experience I have ever had. I had to drive 40 miles to pick up the truck and then back to another location to pick up the car hauler. Teresa in scheduling told me on several occasions that it was 30 mins untill she was done for the day. I will never rent from u haul again. No one ever addressed the problem or tried to do something to offset my cost and troubles.

I was charged 'per day' for furniture pads this time. Is that right? I got 12 pads that cost me $30 for 3 days. I don't think I was charged per day the last time I got pads, back in December.

The secretary who usually handles this was on vacation so it took the other guy an hour to figure out how to process the information; we even arrived 25 minutes early. The U-Haul was still dirty, broken glass all over the inside.

We felt like this location was not safe and the operator and your company forced us to take the $45 insurance when we had contacted our insurance company beforehand and were told we were completely covered. We asked the operator and your customer service line to take it off the rental and neither would.
