The location is fine, in was after hours when I dropped off, the drop box was easily accessible and the parking area well lit. Your pricing for extra mileage is very excessive. Charging a $1.00 a mile is ridiculous, but I was in a bind.

Heather SThe first two attempts to drop off said they could not accept the return as they were “full”. This was out of the way and I had to drop off outside of regular hours so there was no one to confirm the return.
