Good night they did not have the furniture dolly that I ordered and confirmed that same day. I had to go buy one which was disappointing.

I originally reserved the wrong size trailer. The u-haul representative in Junction City helped me correct the reservation. We had to pick up in Clay Center due to high demand. Everyone was very helpful and the streamlined process made the process easier.

Everyone was courteous, the facility was well maintained and even when we were emptying our unit out, we were thanked for using the storage unit. I very much like the group there and will use them again in the future if the need arises.

Kyle Fboth ends of the trip were totally professional and the truck really rode smooth with load. total fuel was 98 dollars which tells the truck is very fuel efficent and well worth renting. Insurance gave me good piece of mind and entire experience was awesome. Thank you and your team.
MICHAEL CPickup, and drop off was easy. My only problem was uhaul made me pick it up 45 miles from where I wanted to. I drove by the establishment where I wanted to pick it up and there were at least 5 trailers there.
Robin FCheck equipment before renting.motor cover was unlocked causing intense motor heat directed at my right leg. Cab had used clorox wipes and benedryl packets on floor. Ratcheting straps on trailer were corroded and very difficult to use. Staff at pickup location could not access keys to move another truck for trailer attachment to rented truck. Reservation info was not accurate upon pickup,,10% discount was not applied, also charged for extra day on trailer after it was dropped off on time ( had truck until 4:30 on drop off date)

Shane CI had to drive over an hour away to pick this vehicle up. I originally reserved a truck in Salina Kansas a month in advance. Nobody let me know until 6pm the Saturday night before.

Privacy R | First ImpressionsThe only complaint..and it's not really a complaint..is that I dropped off the UHaul on Sunday evening and on Monday morning I received a text to my phone saying it was overdue. I'm 70 years old and shocks like that aren't good for my heart... I called the location at 9am and he had the UHAUL, but I continued to get the calls that it was overdue.. I'm sure he was busy, but he didn't get it called in until later that afternoon. I would have very much appreciated it if he had taken the time to call and verify it had been delivered at 9am instead of waiting most of the day. It actually was a bit irritating that he did not take care of it right away.

ROBERT SDid not participate in the free month of storage and this caused confusion. Not really the fault of the operator, had more to do with the main web site offering and not being accurate with its claim.
