I was supposedly 8 gallons short on gas when I returned my truck. Cost me an extra unexpected $45. I’d like to know how you determine the amount of gas it was short and price of gas. The truck wasn’t moved from the time I dropped it off to going back the next morning and discuss my issue. That was a wasted trip too. The receptionist couldn’t answer any of my questions. Told me all they do is pickup and drop off trucks. If I have to use a moving truck again it won’t be through this company again. I spend almost $2k on a truck and they want to be knit picky about 8 gallons of gas. I don’t even know how to read the measurement that they give me.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe cab of the truck was a little dirty, But the windshield and windows were so dirty I could not see to drive. The cargo area was not swept from the last customer.
James SI was in a pinch after being stranded in Chapman, KS with a flat motorcycle tire. It was after 9pm on a Saturday and the 24 hour self service pickup offered at Clay Center Self Storage was a life saver. The online approval process was quick, I was able to easily find the box truck in the well lit parking lot, and the instructions through the app were easy to follow. I was on my way within 15 to 20 minutes of being dropped off at the building.
