Vestal T.Uhaul as a company is the problem not the locations. I have not seen a questionnaire about uhaul as a company. The locations are ran by nice people that do their best to help you. Uhaul as a company need to take some notes and learn how to treat their customers. I will not use uhaul because of the company not the locations owners. Uhaul needs to fix their customer service and how they deal with people.
