I was in a pinch after being stranded in Chapman, KS with a flat motorcycle tire. It was after 9pm on a Saturday and the 24 hour self service pickup offered at Clay Center Self Storage was a life saver. The online approval process was quick, I was able to easily find the box truck in the well lit parking lot, and the instructions through the app were easy to follow. I was on my way within 15 to 20 minutes of being dropped off at the building.

Russell BIt was not very easy to know exactly where to go to pick up the U-Haul. They didn’t tell me until I arrived that they don’t supply furniture pads, so I didn’t get the furniture pads that I ordered. Finally, I was struggling with getting my vehicle on the tow dolly and I am almost certain there were people watching that could have assisted at least a little and they chose not to.
