They were rude and unhelpful when picking up. Then, after I returned it (perfectly clean) a few hours later, they lied when they submitted the final bill and charged me for two days and a cleaning fee.

William HMy husband can't believe there isn't a jack on this sized trailer. There should be a jack for if you need to unhitch the trailer for any reason while it is loaded. There are a number of reasons someone would need to do that. Other than that the trailer worked well for our needs.

JANET HOne concern: I dropped off the 6x12 trailer a day early and at 4:04pm during business hours. I was charged $20 for returning outside business hours which was incorrect. However, with a call to U-Haul, I was refunded the $20.

stacey hDrop off was changed at the last minute for us. This location was too far out of town. And it was in the wrong direction from where we were headed. The store manager fussed over a 2 gallon difference from the U-haul pick to drop off. Didn’t even tell us up front and then supposedly added gas. We have no proof that he really added the gas. This location was actually a gas station, so go figure!! I would ask to have another drop off location if this one is assigned to you.
