There was a bit of confusion about theater or not they had a unit to rent when clearly it was attached to my truck and they had to walk around it to open the store.this wasted alot of time
William HMy husband can't believe there isn't a jack on this sized trailer. There should be a jack for if you need to unhitch the trailer for any reason while it is loaded. There are a number of reasons someone would need to do that. Other than that the trailer worked well for our needs.

JANET HOne concern: I dropped off the 6x12 trailer a day early and at 4:04pm during business hours. I was charged $20 for returning outside business hours which was incorrect. However, with a call to U-Haul, I was refunded the $20.
