Better train your people to be a bit more helpful in hookups. Overall the dolly trailer was well designed, and all worked, however it was not obvious how to hook up. Also I there should have been some sort of lock available, to lock onto the tow vehicle. I had no problems, but spent the night halfway back home, trailer could have been disconnected and stolen with my car still attached.Lindsey L.

I have rented a trailer from Uhaul for moving furniture 3 times in the past year and this location was the most efficient and best customer service I have experienced.Warren D.

We had to extend our rental from a couple days to a week due to our new complex not having our apartment ready in time. We stayed in contact with the store guy through the website thinking all was ok but as it turns out he stopped charging us in the middle of the contract. We find out by yalls towing people showing up to take the truck back. Now yall send me a bill with things on it that I didn't even have (who orders 24 fucking furniture pads?? SURE AS HELL WASN'T ME) or saying we didn't return the dolly when I have the uhaul towing area manager as a witness who saw it was in there when he took the truck. Doing the math on what i ACTUALLY ORDERED my rental shouldn't have been more than $550 and yall send me a bill for over 2000 after yall fuck me over? I think the fuck not. Ive paid at least $250, yall can call me for the extra $300 i still owe after yall figure out how to do math and give up on trying to scam me into paying for yalls mistakes ðŸ–•ðŸ–•ðŸ–• thanks.Catherine O.

Neither rental agent, online or in store, explained that the truck must be returned by the time (08:14) of my original pick-up only five days later. The truck was returned five days later (at 13:00) only to be charged for another complete day. I spent almost $3,000.00 renting three trucks from you over the weekend and will need several more over the coming weeks. However, I will be moving my business to another rental agency for this reason alone. I hope it was worth the little more than $71.00 to lose what will most likely be another $6,000-$8,000 of my business in the near future not to mention other future usage. What would I suggest? Clarity and communication with your customers. I could have made adjustments to my schedule to have the truck back by 8:14 AM had I only known that the time and not the date was your cut-off.William B.

I loved this location great service however if I may share some thought about your location on fair banks never in my life have I been so racially profiled I walked in to the location to rent a uhaul, I've been getting U-Hauls multiple timeS a week for over a year for work, despite this information the â€œcertificate ownerâ€ proceeds to force me to remove my mask to take a picture of me despite having my ID on hand then on top of this he called my phone on the phone next to his computer Then force me to answer and say hello just so he could hang up I was upset at this point like I said I've been getting U-Hauls for a long time now and I've never had to do this before, when I told him he said There have been many U-Hauls not return but he wasn't trying to say about me but he white male before was not put through the same steps so at this point I'm mad so I told him let's just get this over I need a uhaul for work. Now I usually give my mothers number because it's the only one I know by memory and i expect this number second contact to only be called if I'm not answering my phone but this uhaul â€œcertificate ownerâ€ proceeded to calling my mother without asking without a notice I couldn't stand it I'm still really mad about it I want an apology from this employee after I left fair banks I went to clay rd where I was giving respect and great service but fair banks needs new managementRAYMUNDO A.

The guy working the front desk had the most piss poor customer experience. I booked the reservation online, confirmed it with a rep before pick up and checked in online with the card information. The guy refused to give the key to us. We were held there for over 30 minutes being ignored because he didn't want to help us. My dad had to come up there and my sister showed him on her phone( she booked the reservation) saying that we had properly finished the check in process and can receive the keys. He called someone on the phone who then proceeded to tell him to give us the keys. Only then would he release them to us. We are a black family and this guy was basically refusing us service because he didn't believe that we rented the truck properly. He also forgot to include the dolly that was on our reservation and I am not sure if I was still charged for it or not. His service was awful and I will be sure never to rent from that location.Joy J.

I would hope there is better inspection done on rental equipment prior to being rented out. I pulled the trailer 2.8 miles from rental lot before finding axle spring had broken from previous use, axle shifted forward rubbing fender well causing trailer to pull to left . The broken ends of spring were rested proving brake did not happen while I was using trailer. Reported to Roadside Assist. at 3:00 PM, 4:PM, 5PM, and 6PM. I was lied by each person telling me that a replacement trailer would be brought to me when a pick up of broken trailer was done. I was told at 6:30Pm when a flat bed trailer arrived to pick up trailer. Why was I lied too????Richard R.
