KIMBERLY ACheck engine light was on upon pickup and truck sounded a little rough. I am no mechanic, but just worth mentioning. Aside from that, the location and staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating!
JAMES MVery vague method of informing customer of charges. At first was quoted that the total estimated charge would be $378. Which since it was an estimated charge it sounded like the total would come close to that including the estimated mileage used. But, then when turning the vehicle in there was another additional charge of $224. After questioning what the additional charges were actually for and the reasoning behind them, all I got was a math lesson with a calculator of how to do simple math. Math is not the problem here - actually answering the question being asked or finding a convenient method to not answer it, is. Now, I expected there to be an additional charge when turning the vehicle in, but based on the first $378 charge, it was made to be understood that it wouldn't be much more. Only to find out that it was actually going to be a substantial sum. If that had been explained, or even close to it, made to be understood that it was going to be a substantial sum beyond the initial $378, I WOULD NOT have rented the vehicle. While the staff at that location is very nice, their communication methods are not the best.
