Walter FThe trailer was broom clean, and the lights worked without issue. One of the safety chains was missing its rubber retainer clip, and the door latch was very difficult to close. I attempted to take pictures and upload them in the app, but the app did not work. This is my third rental, and the app has never worked correctly.
Randy Aimprove the running boards on the 9 foot cargo vans - the running boards are too narrow and literally invite you to slip and fall into the parking lot every single time you get out of the van. Beyond that, everything was awesome, especially the company I rented the van from.

LEONARDO AThis dealer is enforcing mandatory insurance coverage This dealer did not get involved in connecting the 6x12 open top trailer to my towing vehicle. This dealer did not do any safety check to make sure that my brake light and the turn signal lights was working properly. We are getting ready to inform the Virginia department of transportation regarding the unsafe practices of this dealer.

HERMELINDA Salthough service was great, vehicle was perfect and location was convenient, i will do my best to avoid renting a uhaul truck in the future if i can plan it better. The $1.29 / mile is quite high, and i would have been better off renting a similar vehicle from the Home Depot since they charge based on time with unlimited miles. Again, i needed this truck last night because my pick up truck was at the shop and a need came up, so it was convenient, but that convenience comes at a price.
GUILLERMO SI have rented from this Virginia location 3 or 4 times now. The guys at this location are always pleasant and helpful. They always have all of the equipment I need to rent at the time I need to rent it. At other locations, especially in other states (Florida, Michigan) I have had to go to more than one place to get everything I need, or to a second location to pick up the truck or trailer I reserved. So, if you are in Warrenton Virginia and need anything from U-Haul, this is the best place to rent it!

I was particularly impressed that one of the owners found my wedding ring in the parking lot that had come off in my glove when I unhitched the trailer, had set it aside, and reached right for it when I came back the next day to see if they had it!

Don TThe experience was very easy from start to finish. The location has a great selection of vehicles and many options. The only thing that I could suggest is parking is a bit tight so having the truck out of the spot and taking care of returning the truck back to a spot by the location instead of customer would be great. It would be very disappointing to rent a truck all day and have an incident occur in the parking lot.

Bader AThere should be an extra person to man the counter while the associate is helping the U-Haul customer. But I’ve used this location before and always have good results. The receipt says what it’s supposed to say, and there were no surprises. I’m very satisfied and would recommend this location again.

MICHAEL WThis location was very helpful when I returned the truck. They did try and argue the starting gas difference, but I had photo evidence that my pick up tank was NOT as the U-Haul interface stated. He seems to try and work with me on this so that was kind of him.
