Please get locks fixed they are rusting and not in good condition. It took over . 20 minutes to get lock unlocked for the key to truck. Do better maintenance on them make sure when temperature drop the lock is oiled and working. The truck was in good condition and the price affordable. Thank you.

Reis CRequire customers to fill the flippin gas tank. The truck I was assigned was on empty. I was advised to fill it, return it 1/4 full, and I’d receive a credit. I was given a card with a number to call. I dropped off the truck in Charlevoix. Nice guy. Told me Warren dealer should have given me credit. I called number on card. Nice guy. Took 5 minutes or so and he determined I wasn’t in correct zone for him to address issue. He forwarded me to another person (nice lady) who advised this was not done correctly. She took all my info, completed a complaint, and said someone would call within 72 hours. Every person I dealt with was nice. The process is idiotic. Require tanks to be filled upon return like other truck and car rental businesses. I’ll advise if I get the call and credit.

Nasim AI dropped off the truck AFTER HOURS & used the key box located on the building to return the truck but what I seen from the outside it was newer looking, clean & easy access off of Mound. I can’t speak of the personnel since I didn’t talk to anyone due to after hours, but this location also has storage units making it a one stop destination & it is conveniently located near my house so it worked out great 👍 for me. I will use them again. 😊
