The system wasn’t working, it took forever and we had to call u-haul to get anything done. The ladies on the phone took good care of us.

Landon DThe drop off location was a bit confusing since it was not a U-Haul location and we couldn't find the key drop off box. But a person who worked at the storage facility came out and helped us. She was great. If their office had not been open, we wouldn't have known how to leave the truck.

Gary SIt’s awfully convenient that Uhaul asks you to give reviews for the locations that have no control over the lack of Uhaul scheduling and logistics capabilities. This review is NOT a reflection on the location where we picked up. We will NEVER use uhaul again due to 4 time and location changes at the last minute. Get it together!
John LThe cab of the truck had a massive leak, probably due to rust damage, and we were moving in the middle of a rainstorm. When we began driving, water dumped on my mother-in-law in the passenger seat. When I mentioned this to the employee, they did not seem to care about the inconvenience, they just said to take a photo to document the damage. Employee at pickup location was generally polite, but seemed confused and gave unclear information. When I picked up the truck, I left my car where she had told me to, however when I picked up she made a comment about that being the wrong place to park. I also called and said that I would be running late to my pick-up, to which she said no problem, however when I arrived she said that she had almost cancelled my reservation.

Andrew QThe people were nice- the truck was ok- the app and trying to do things on it was Horrendous. The app is shit to use. It wouldnt allow me to enter the right end mileage at all. We couldnt upload pictures- i had to call and she was awesome. I filled the truck over where i had to and got charged 78 dollars for 8 miles. Seems something is amiss here. Should not have been that much. Seriously 8 miles i drove it and had it for 24 hours. Crazy
lana cI called 3 times to confirm my drop off location in Loveland, CO. Each time it was not actually added correctly and I was quickly hung up on. Once it was put in, the customer service member ended up putting in a completely different address (in Denver), and I ended up needing to drop off my vehicle the next day in the middle of a snowstorm. We will not be using U-Haul for our next move.
