The location was great, but the mobile check-in process was horrible. It took me literally 45 minutes, and that was after they changed my pickup point in the middle of the night, totally wrecking the start to a very long moving day. Get it together, U-Haul!

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI ordered the ruck to be picked up at a certain location where we are moving. Instead I had to drive 30 minutes to pick it up. Furthermore, I did not know where the pickup was until 24 hours before picking it up which caused me to reschedule the movers back by 3 hours. Thankfully they could accommodate this new time to remove the contents from storage. As for the above questions, I would not recommend U-Haul to a friend without forewarning them that they may the run-around.
