U-Haul needs to update their computer system. System was running slow. This is not the first location I've seen this happen.dickie M.

the location we used to pick up our U-Haul was an excellent location. the problem I had was that when I called U-Haul customer service to rent a U-Haul the location they sent me to didn't even have the type of trailer I rented so I got stuck using a different trailer. One that was virtually impossible to load. due to the size of the wood I was picking up. Auto U-Haul experience was a good one. but it'd be nice if your customer service Representatives actually knew what type of equipment was at the location it cost me a lot more money to use that trailer then it would have if I got the six by 12 utility trailer I actually ordered.pamela S.

my original pickup location did not have a vehicle there. the next closest location was about an hour away. it was not clearly stated the vehicle would be there or at another location kinda near to there. i was upset that my move was being disrupted because of thisJON B.

When I drove to the drop off place Clifton Carpets told me to use, Interstate Body on 224 in Commerce, Tx., they no longer offer uhaul business. I had told Tyler at Clifton Carpets that there was a uhaul place just blocks away from my home, but he said only the 224 business showed on the computer. I ended up going back to Huffman's, just blocks from my house, to return the uhaul. They have been uhaul dealers for years. Please make sure their business on Bonham Street shows up on your computer system, and not Interstate Body. It could save future clients time and aggravation.DONNA T.

truck was not there at the time designated, I had to drive 30 miles to another town to get a truck once one was located. my move was delayed over 2 hours which was a major problem because we planned this as a one day move and had help lined up on both ends accordingly. In the confusion and rush to get a truck, no one bothered to point out that I would be charged $20 for returning the truck a day and a half early, but after 7pm. I would have easily returned the truck before 7pm if I had not been delayed by Uhaul for 2 hours or if someone had pointed out that I would either have to figure out the return on my phone(my phone is my phone not an extension of your business-I only use it as a phone) or pay $20. I am also out another $7 to $10 in extra gas getting the truck and returning to the intended starting point (gas for personal vehicle and truck). A terrible transaction in general.DANIEL I.
You already do a great job! The truck was in good shape and it was clean. The dolly was in the back. My niece and nephew picked up the truck and had no problems. Was able to make the reservation over the phone with these people and they were super nice!AMANDA I.

Super quick and friendly. When an issue pooped up (that was 100% the pick up locations fault/laziness was taken care of for me before I could explain the situation and conversation with the other location saved me over $40. Excellent service!!!Lauren W.
Individual seemed very unprofessional. Continued to yell for other staff members during check out. Assigned and then replaced a truck after determining he didn't have the one assigned. They charged my card twice a week after I rented the uhaul. When I called, she told me it was a mistake and I would have to call corporate. After calling corporate I was informed I would get my money back by the end of the weekNathan R.
