The lady that helped me was AMAZING. She was so sweet over the phone and when I met her in person she was just as kind and helpful!
CINDI DExplain drop off better. We had to walk around building to find key Dropbox which was on another building. Not open on Saturday, had to pick up truck day before. Did not have the size truck we wanted, we would have to have gone 10miles out of town to pick it up the size we wanted which would have added 20 miles to milage charge. They did not sell any size boxes so we had to go out of town to purchase them.
PATRICIA BEquipment was clean and well maintained EXCEPT for the dirty windshield that had bug spots all over and a layer of dust.
SCHUYLER WWe did the self drop off. Went fine. No issues. The location was not staffed when we dropped off which was expected. No issues.
