Truck had 300+ more miles than the app. When I arrived, truck was open and dirty. There was trash throughout the cab. The back was slightly damp which was bad since I had to move furniture into it. Truck had only two miles until empty. Key was not where the app mentioned. Luckily there were people outside or I would have had to wait an hour until they opened. Just overall not a good experience.
