I frequently rent vehicles from this location and have never had any issue, but when I rented this week, I brought to the client services attention that the gas tank was not totally full so she advised that I bring it back that way. when I brought it back that way she argued with me and said it was still not full enough, but did not notify me Until two hours after I dropped off the vehicle. And told me I needed to come back and fill the tank or there would be a large charge so I went back the next day to fill the gas tank and she was rude and disrespectful.. we had to wait a half an hour so she could show a rental unit before she would even attend to our needs and when she did, she argued with me about the gas tank being full and I advised it was this way when I picked it up..and I left and she charged me a large fee. I would not recommend this location and now there is a new Webster location on Ridge Road and I will be referring all of my clients as well as my business to that location due to the experience.
KRISTIN PUnfortunately, I arrived at the time the place was supposed to open. They were about 25 minutes late, which had a significant detrimental impact on my plans. They should open the place of business at the posted time. They did not. Also, the last time I rented, their was a sign on the door, and the door was locked. The employee returned about 25 minutes later. You have a place of business, someone should be there to handle reservations. Very poor.
KENNETH BThe rental started one hour late because an employee called in sick at the last minute. The manager alerted me of the delay. The transmission on the moving van was sticky in reverse. But we got the job done at the price quoted. So, all is good.
ROBERT Wstaff need to be there during open hours and be on time. If door said be back at a certain time, staff need to be there at that time and not 20 mins later. Sometimes I need to be at a place at a certain time and when staff is not there, it puts everything behind.
CINDY MThis location NEVER and I mean NEVER opens on time. Guy running the shop shows up whenever he feels like and isn't even sorry about it. Literally the worst U-Haul I've been too. I've only ever used this location out of convenience to where I needed things moved to and from. I won't be making the mistake of renting from here again

KAREN FHonestly it was a very easy experience. The paperwork was relatively simple and I was able to pick up the trailer and drop it off with no issues.
KEVIN RThe employee was a half hour late opening. That made me and two other customers late for the day of our move. Then dropping off the truck at 3:30 again no one was there and they sign said he'll be back at 3pm. We go back at 3pm the sign says be back at 4pm. So again waiting and employee shows up at 4:15pm no regards for anyone's time. The employee was super rude when I said that I would never use Uhaul again. He said they were short staffed. Unfortunately that's not the customers problem that's part of owning your own business was very unprofessional and will never use them again. I want some of my money back that I paid because he literally screwed up my whole day being late to open and returning the truck! Plus I filled the truck up to FULL when I returned it. Ridiculous!!

ROBERT GUnfortunately, I had to wait 40 mins for someone to come open the store, had to call u-haul for them to contact the owner to come and open. When I showed up to return the truck there was a sign saying they would return at 3:00. I left and came back at 3:45 and the sign said be back at 4. Waited until 4:15 and was able to turn in the truck.
JAMES THave someone on the premises during listed business hours. Waited half hour past my scheduled truck rental for someone to show up and open the door. Not acceptable.

ROBERT CThe actual truck was fine. It was a poor experience based on the fact that my truck rental started at 8:30 am. I got to the location and no one was there until 9:00 am. Myself and others waiting for their 830 reservation had to call multiple offices to find out where the employees were. Very unprofessional.

GIANCARLOS SOnline app for checkin and return had glitches - it would hang in the middle and force me to restart. When I returned the truck - kept having issues with the app but the employee in store took care of the return for me (very nice guy!)

JERRY DI rented in a cold, snowy day. While I understand that adds difficulties to managing things. From my perspective, the truck had four inches of snow covering it that needed to be cleaned off. Luckily I had my own to do that or it would have been tough visually. When I attempted to open the back cargo door it was frozen shut. I had to use a screw driver to break apart the ice sealing it shut. Overall these are just small things in a difficult weather day but would have been really helpful if they were taken care of prior to me arriving.
MICHAEL EThe truck took a few times to get it started each time we needed to start it up. The truck ran really rough and had very little motor power. The battery and engine light was on from the start. I’m just glad we didn’t have any issues with a break down, but you may want to get it looked at. The truck was clean but ran very poorly. DAVID RThe location I reserved the truck from originally said it was reserved on the other side of town. Got there just to be told the truck was already rented. So I had to travel to Webster to pick up the truck. The truck didn't have a light in the back of the truck. There was no place to lock the back of the truck and I requested an appliance dolly. As a result I had to rent one from a different uhaul and prolonged the move time. An extremely upset customer.

MICHAEL GIt was hard to tell where the store was. The office is laid out terribly with a sneeze screen between the customer and the clerk who is 10 ft away and a monitor that she has to face so her back is to the customer. Led the terrible communications. Not her fault bad office layout.

CHRISTOPHER JIt is not the first time I rent and I do not understand why they charge me 59.80 on one hand and 27.56 on the other. I find it to be a robbery. The truck had gasoline and I returned it correctly.
JOVANA Sthe only thing that was of a concern was, there is a panel in the floor of the box that is in need of repair. It is a safety as well as a functional part of the floor. Other than that everything went smooth.
BARRY JI was grossly overcharged for my rental and I didn't notice until later. They claim I drove 70 miles, but I only had the truck for 3 hours and it was parked most of the time. I was scammed

AnnMarie MI was a little frustrated because I rented a trailer specifically with a ramp door and when I went to pick it up the trailer did NOT have a ramp door, I even went out of my way to this specific location because they were supposed to have the trailer I needed. Made things a bit more complicated for me

Ashley CThe online check in didn’t work. I showed up to rent a vehicle and there was a sign in the door that the person would be back in 30 minutes. I went online and tried to do the 24/7 online rent experience and it was a joke. I spent 20 minutes trying to get the web site to accept my lesson and I finally gave up and waited and went in to finish the check in process.

JOSEPH RPerson checking us in for the rental was rude, impersonal and did not help when an issue happened. The truck itself was in poor driving condition and had a massive chip in the front windshield
