The service associate was great! Very easy to deal with and was also efficient. Paper took no time at all and he helped me hook up the trailer I rented as well. STEVEN MThis location is small. Our truck was located on the side of the building in mud. The staff member was friendly but there was only one person working there. He was on lunch when we tried to return the truck.
