-Trailer was dirty inside. I left it cleaner that I got it. -I arrived at 10am on Sunday, and the employee who opened was late by 5 or 10 minutes. -It then took him 15 minutes to check me out and another 10 minutes to get me hooked up. All of that after I completed 2 rounds of paperwork online, including Express Online Check In. -Your check in process needs improvement.

The guy behind the counter was great but he couldn't keep up with the work even though he was running. We waited 45 minutes for the truck. I had 3 people waiting to help. The truck was probably the worst truck I have rented from UHaul.

A total disaster. Hours 830 am to 5pm. Go to pickup truck at 10.30 am store closed. Employee went to get parts.REALLY. use lock box you need 10.0 don't have on smart phone. Got truck at noon . while waiting on me he kept answering the phone. Them it got worse going to storage unit. Will NEVER do business with u-haul again.

I had a reservation for 10:30..... the doors were locked until 10:45 because there was one employee working. The employee was showing another customer a storage unit. He did not even acknowledge that we were 15 mins past our reservation. When I returned the vehicle I waited 10 minutes in line while he helped another customer in front of me. I had no problem with that, until he literally walked past me and said “oh you’re returning that? And just took the key and said you were all set. He couldn’t have told me that instead of making me wait 10 minutes?? This is the second time I have had a bad experience with this place and will NOT be going back.

The Webster location was really far from our home in Fairport and we were told we could return it up until 7pm. When we arrived, it was closed and we had to leave the keys without explanation through the slot in the door. WE had to call the next day to confirm all was taken care of and it was.

My order was changed at the last minute due to the equipment I ordered not being available at the location I scheduled. I was very dissapointed as it changed all the plans j had scheduled for my moving day. The customer service rep at the Victor store was kind and very helpful in trying to make up for the inconvenience, however, having a smaller truck was not an adequate solution. I don't know if I would use U-Haul again. Also, the employee was late at the location in which I picked up my truck, setting my schedule behind. It was an 830 store opening time and the store was not opened as advertised.

Worst luck ever or just a BAD business? My fiancé and I booked online several weeks in advance and never get a call confirming our move date. I call. The guy says I have no reservation under your name. Also says I have no truck for you. He also said I can’t pick up or drop off at his location because he would be closed. Said I can book for an additional $135+ and can take your card number over the phone. Mind you, I already booked a reservation for $171+. Why would I pay you an additional $135 to make me drive an additional 60+ miles to Irondequoit? I call the 800 number. Linda helps a ton. Says I can pick up in Irondequoit and drop off in Webster and get a bigger truck! Win. Unfortunately my troubles don’t stop here. Little did I know but that is now a one way trip and is more expansive. Also makes me drive an additional 60 miles. -More money. I finish my move and bring the gas tank back up to a whopping quarter of a tank (literally needed gas the second I got in it) and wake up the next day to a $15 gas charge and a $30 gas charge... So my $15 + $15 + $30 = $60 in gas for what should of been a 10 mile move. Call to question why a $39.95 rental is now pushing $300 and the 800 number says they will have a manager call within 72 hours. 4 days later and no manager has called. I call back the 800 number and get Linda AGAIN. Now she can’t even get in touch with a manager... I will take every legal action I can until this gets resolved. Also, I will be sending this in a letter form to the BBB and Attorney General. I’ll CC U-HAUL. This is completely unacceptable and needs immediate attention.
