Jesisca LThe truck was not ready when I arrived. I had trouble getting the key from the lock box. It also did not have a hand truck like I requested. I got started late because it wasn’t ready. The worker did his best to help but it seemed like he was dealing with things that wasn’t his doing. Overall it served my purpose but the process of pick up was challenging.
