The mobile self checkout of the truck was not done properly. The vehicle I was assigned was not the same key I received in the lockbox. This took time and phone calls to correct on that day. Going forward I will only rent at a time that counter service is available.

I was unable to open the cargo door I returned to the store and no one was there to help me I returned the truck unused
JAMES KTruck had exhaust leakage which made it extremely noisy to drive. I did go back in to let them know but nothing could be done, so I used this one. It was bad, and a hole in the exhaust impacts gas mileage, so I probably had to pay more for gas. Some refund should be provided as rental price should be for a truck in good working order. I shouldn't have to ask, it should be offered. I'll wait for a partial refund, please let me know.
