The young man was very pleasant and helpful. It was easy to set up online. I went and picked the truck at the location. It was simple, easy and he was very polite, and friendly. The only downfall at the location, 206 North Avenue, Webster, NY. The parking of the trucks. The parking lot is not very big and it’s on a pretty busy street, and a lot of traffic. It would be beneficial if the trucks were backed in, because I personally experience difficulty backing out. With all the trucks side by side it’s hard to see backing out into traffic. I do NOT recommend talking to customer service on the phone. Thank you for all your help,
Michelle CThe women at the front desk is very rude! We had to go several times to get a truack rented due to every time there was a sign at the door.(at lunch, with a customer, etc) so we had to wait outside in the rain.She said she is there by her self.When we wnted to return the truck was the same, lot of people waiting for her to return.In the meanwhile your renting time still running.Wanted to know more about the storage, but with her being so in a bad mood and all the impediments acceding to the building we decided to go somewhere else, where we were very well received.They lost a customer and of course, I won’t recommend this place.

Nichole MThere were 2 locations in Webster NY to drop off. Went to the wrong location & was charged extra for going over the mileage. No one was there at dropoff because it had just closed
