Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. It took them 3 hours to give me the key to a truck despite having reserved it online 3 hours prior. I wouldn't go back if you PAID me. I hope they shut down.Sidney D.

I was in a rush to get to point B, that's why i returned the truck a day earlier. I was at a location with no customer service Reps, so therefore i could not just drop off the truck and leave.When i got there i had to follow the instructions; take pictures, answer questions, go across the lot to drop the keys off in the box, etc. An inconvenience!CASSANDRA J.
Lori went above and beyond what I expected when renting the trucks. She was extremely pleasant and patient explaining the process. She was able to provide me with additional supplies to make the move easier. This was my 2nd rent in 2 weeks. Initially uhaul moved both my pickups to different locations. When I start a rental with a specific location, I want to pick up the equipment from that location. She was able to get both trucks and the trailer to her location, thereby making my move dates easier for me.JAMES B.

Customer service at this location was terrible. There was an employee sitting outside, walked by me twice and never once asked if he could help me. He failed to tell me the lady in the office was gone for the day. I was standing in the lobby for 15 minutes with nobody asking if I needed help. They called me twice wanting to know when I was coming to pick up the Uhaul becuase they were trying to go to lunch. There was nothing posted saying they close for lunch & the lady took a lunch & left early. I will never use Climate Safe again. The Uhual was shaking real bad while I was driving it and it wasn't clean (there was a cup & trash was under the seat as well as the cup holder), bugs were splarted all over the window.angel H.

None of the employees at Climate Safe wore masks even though there is a mask mandate in the state of Mississippi. When we picked up our U-Haul, we were very uncomfortable and also shocked to the point of not really knowing what to say. I was kicking myself all weekend for not standing up for myself (especially since we rented the van to move my high-risk mother-in-law). When we dropped off our U-Haul van, I called in first to request that whoever we need to speak with wears a mask. The good thing I can say is that the woman I spoke with did get her mask from her car and wear it, but she also told us that she only asks her employees to wear a mask if they are sick. This is a problem! I was also questioned why I was requesting this now and not the first time we came in. (Still mad at myself for not saying anything). She was also under the impression that wearing a mask is a bad idea because it causes the wearer to inhale their own carbon dioxide in unhealthy amount. I am surprised and disappointed that as a company, U-Haul has not provided their employees and businesses carrying the U-Haul name the education that is necessary to keep the workers and customers safe.Kevin F.

The Tow dolly was guaranteed to be at another location, it was not there, I had to drive to another location to get the dolly, had I just been told were it was I could have made and adjusted my plans from the start. This had nothing to do with the local location, and I understand that, but with it not being were it was suppose to be I backed me up two hours.louis B.

Building not clearly defined as the Uhual office. Trailer had no jack to help lift to put onto trucks hitch. Two hours late and Uhaul has already sent a e-alert. About broke my back taking the trailer off the hitch in pouring rain. Thanks you for for yet again another bad Uhaul experience!Joel B.
I rated this site average because the employee at the site was late coming in and failed to document prior existing damage on the paperwork. She did put a couple of stickers near some of the damage but essentially told me to take pictures and hang on to them.harold W.

We arrived to pick up the 20 ft truck and auto transport we reserved only to find that there wasn't one available. We were told that the system didn't assign out reservation to any location. The only 20 ft truck available was located 30 miles away at a Gulfport, Mississippi location. No mileage extension was offered by the location with the available 20 ft truck. In order to keep our tight moving schedule we were forced to rent the 26 ft truck with an increase in price of over 110 dollars. Someone, somewhere dropped the ball and it ended up costing us part of our moving budget.Jeffrey T.

Rented a trailer. The connector for the lights was corroded; we had to clean it and work with it a while just to get the lights to work properly. The outside of the trailer was old and rusty. Honestly, I was concerned about taking it, but it made the trip.Jose' G.
