Nothing wrong with Clinton location. However I was scheduled to pick up a 20 foot truck in Ann Arbor. At the last minute I was told I could only get a 15 foot truck in clinton which is 45 minutes away. I was told no manager was available to speak to. I asked that a manager call me. They never did. I was told u haul would compensate me for the miles from clinton. They never did. Very unhappy with this poor serviceTimothy G.

I made a reservation for the trailer and opted out of all insurances and additions and upon returning the trailer I saw that the worker changed my reservation and added the $8 travel insurance that I didnt ask for. The worked also asked me for my fiances name and phone number when I was checking out that seemed a bit strange when I've never been asked that before in all the years using uhaulJeffery D.

The UHaul check in process is a disaster. Took 30 minutes to get truck. I was setup for online checkin. Not the facilities fault, sounds like the UHaul rental application is not very user friendly for employees.Michael B.

This location was the poorest equipped location I have ever been to, they didn't have any wheel chocks or lifting devices at all. The lady that worked there had to break open a pack of firewood so we could chock the trailer wheels so it wouldn't roll. Then I had to lift the trailer off my hitch by myself and she put a piece of firewood under the tongue of the trailer to hold it up so I could pull my truck out. This location should not be in business to rent for Uhaul they put the customer and workers in unsafe dangerous situations.JOHN J.

Staff had no idea what they were doing. Was meant to be a contactless pick up but I had to wait inside for 15 minutes for owner to get there. Once there she kept questioning me for my license, and saying the website said I was returning the truck. I had already checked in online and just needed the keys. The truck was dirty before I got it and the dolly I order wasn't in the truck, I had to go back inside and wait for the gas station clerk to call the owner back up just to tell me they didn't have any.Dee M.

I made a reservation..and when I went to pick up the CAR DOLLY I was delayed for 30 mins. due to someone not knowing what they were doing and was late for the appointment I made ... And now I see a charge for moving pads on my bill ??? where do you find these people?? what does a moving pad have to do with a car dolly? and why was I charged for it ?? I will be calling my credit card company and dispute the whole bill I will never use U-Haul Again!!james W.

It took 90 minutes to complete my transaction at pickup due to untrained staff. Upon return it took 60 minutes. Pre-check inspection photos sent to me did not match unit I picked up, and when you try to dispute the photo it won't process.angela G.
