Friendliness rate a HUGE 0 i was very friendly trying to make small talk,the lady was DEFINITELY not a happy camper,acted like i was a bother... i realize that the business is a mechanic/repair shop but geez! i see they're residing the front of building,how about making the appearance inside better... AND,train the receptionist to have BETTER customer service... if we hadn't needed the UHAUL so badly i would've walked away... Nothing against UHAUL inc...but,maybe you need to be choosy where you place your UHAUL's ...

Laurene FThere is a $20 surcharge for after hours drop off. Now I see why they close at noon on Saturday and closed Sunday. I assumed I rented the trailer for at least 1 day. I’ll be looking for a different rental company next weekend.
