Your website was horrible it wouldn't work didn't allow me to log in on phone with customer service for about 45 minutes trying to log in made the account using phone number when I finally got logged in it wouldn't allow me to take pictures of the truck it made me frustrated.

DANIEL BThe service and location for pick up and drop of was good BUT, the truck was horrible. When driving at a slow speed it had an awful shake/vibration which got worse the faster I drove. Then when making turns, it made horrifying grinding noises as if the tires were dragging on the frame. Sad part was the truck only had 106K miles on it. I did not feel safe at all and will consider renting elsewhere next time.

JERRY RWhen we came in lot was full as there was no place to park - required me to back up and park this trailer - not one of my strong points - had a difficult time as people were parked all over the place. Lady that handled us was nice and inviting except she said they do not have a trailer dolly to move these larger 6x12 trailers around. To the owner of this location - please provide your employees with the proper tools to maintain your lot organization.

Because of a mover failure, we had to return the truck a few hours later. The refund was taken care of promptly. They were great to work with. I'll rent from them in the future.

Michael RI had to contact customer service when returning the truck because the location was closed. The woman was very rude trying to tell me I needed to return the truck over 20 miles from where I was. I asked for a supervisor and she said no one was available. I asked who she’d call in an emergent situation and she said no one. She continued to be rude when she said she’d override the location. I asked how I’d be notified and she again was irritated answering by text. Once I said I received the text, she hung up on me without saying anything or asking if I needed help.

james cClose Auto Sales is a great representative for u-Haul. I’ve traveled all my life and have rented more than my share of moving vans and trailers. I’ve never had issue with this location and highly recommend everyone to utilize this location if they are located in and around Grove City, PA.
