Convenient, inventory turnover appears to be very good, staff was busy but took care of my needs.
Michael R.I had to contact customer service when returning the truck because the location was closed. The woman was very rude trying to tell me I needed to return the truck over 20 miles from where I was. I asked for a supervisor and she said no one was available. I asked who she'd call in an emergent situation and she said no one. She continued to be rude when she said she'd override the location. I asked how I'd be notified and she again was irritated answering by text. Once I said I received the text, she hung up on me without saying anything or asking if I needed help.
