I stayed on the phone with customer support for an hour and a half. Initially, I assumed the application just didn't give me instructions on how to receive a key. Turns out, even if it did give me a code it would not have mattered seeing as how there were no keys in any box. The agent attempted to refund my reservation fee of $50 dollars and extend my hours of use however. This was in no way easy or fast, I would recommend asking your customers to plan their entire day around receiving the rental if they come to this location. P.S. not entirely sure if I was refunded anything at all.

After spending over an hour on the phone with customer service I was guided to the keys (the app wasn't letting me use location, nor was the browser, even after selecting to specifically “allow†location on both, and after a hike I found the truck behind a huge tree. There has to be a better way for this service to work. The top of the cake though, is that I was then instructed to take a photo of where the truck was parked “to help the next family find the truck†I wish that would have been implemented in my original pick up. Also I was charged twice. Will not ever use this service again.

ERIC P.Customers should be told to take pics to show proof of mileage and gas gauges. I didn't do so & ended up paying for over 38 miles when the house I moved to was only 2.7 miles away. The gas gauge was at 1/2 tank & I filled up to that mark, but was later billed & told they had to fill up. Equipment was fine, but customers need to beware if you don't have pics you can be charged a lot more. I paid over $100. I will warn others if they lease to take pics for proof so they don't get additional fees. Lesson learned.

EARL C.This has been one of the worst storage units I’ve ever used. From the first day I got my until all the way till the last day. When I came looking for a storage they only had the biggest ones available so that’s what I had to purchase, that’s fine, but also the storage unit did have bed frames and trash and more furniture inside of it that I had to take to the trash. A few months pass & fast forward to the process of moving out, this facility had charged my card and it was never authorized by the card holder, the workers never even informed me of charging the card at all. Workers stated that you are NOT allowed to throw any trash in their dumpster, despite the dumpsters always being full with trash and furniture all around it. During the process of getting my money refunded the office ladies STATED that they would be “waiting a few days” to refund my money because they didn’t want to refund it yet, they decided to keep some of my money so I did not receive a full refund! These ladies that work up here have been very unhelpful and disrespectful, coming out while I am loading my items on to a trailer trying to give us a hard time every day. Worst storage unit I’ve ever had to deal with!!
