There was only one issue that was well taken care of by Uhaul roadside assistance. Upon pick up , one tire was noticed to be warped in the rubber, separated cable within tire. We drove six hours on it. Then in a safe place in a gas station lot, we called for service( we bought additionally thru Uhaul for approximately $40) This was well worth it. . Service call took about 15 mi utes. Then 45 minutes for a person arrived to replace the defective tire. Communication was clear with the dispatcher, and a courtesy follow up call came with in 15 minutes of us getting on the road again. All very good service that we approved of from Uhaul.

Christie OThe woman was over 10 minutes late opening the office. She had a poor attitude, and wore an unprofessional t-shirt that said, basically, don’t piss me off. Didn’t come out and check trailer condition, show me how to attach trailer or check that the lights were functional. Poor service and extremely unprofessional. This should be addressed before others have such a negative experience. Please fix it!
