Have a agent on site when picking up the truck. Agent had to be called and process was extremely slow over the phone. Once we picked truck up, ramp would not work. Had to return truck, and again, we had to wait an additional 45 minutes for agent to arrive.

If no one is going to be there on time, provide the customer the code. Key was in the lock box, but code wasn’t provided.
MICHAEL FHeadlights were terrible - Upon arriving at location to pick up truck, keys were not in designated lock box, they were still in the drop off box from the last person, spent about 50 minutes total on just trying to get someone on the phone and then figure out how to get my keys, so I lost about 30 min of my rental time, which doesnt seem like alot but I rented for 3 days, I needed every bit of the time I paid for. Then the dolly and moving blankets that were suppose to be on the truck, woman on the phone said they would remove it, and according to my receipt the only refunded me 25 dollars instead of the 51 dollars it cost.
