The vehicle I used has a broke passenger door mirror, which can be very dangerous. I managed well, but other drivers may have a very hardtime using the vehicle.

We were told that the proprietor would be present when we picked up our truck, He was not there and we had to contact the 800 uhaul number to proceed with our pick up. Fortunately, Amanda was able to walk us through the process, but we were an hour later than intended to proceed with our move. In addition, the dolly we had been promised by the proprietor was not in the truck and Amanda indicated that it was not listed on the order. Therefore, we had to drive to another uhaul location to get a dolly which cost us $3 more than we had been quoted. The added trip cost more mileage than we had intended, since we not only had to pick up the dolly at a different location, we were told we had to return it to that same location. All in all a very disappointing experience.

The Uhaul service is always great as we have been able to safely move all our important things after 27 moves. We keep using Uhaul services because you make it easy, simple and uncomplicated.

Equipment was NOT returned to this location, it was returned to a 'strange' un-staffed location that apparently did not close the contract when they should have. This comment DOES NOT apply to the Pecan Drive location, as I have never been there. Management (presumably) got involved and resolve this matter once proof of drop off (pictures) were provided: this is a MUST if dropping off at a location after hours..

Have equipment that doesn’t need to be cleaned out and in slightly better shape. The original trailer I was going to take had lug that looked like they were rusted to the rims, and the paint was peeling off the rims due to rust.

We were sent to three different U haul locations from the one we rented it from. I had to pay 5 men 2 extra hours each waiting on you to get me the truck and supplies I ordered. Will never use you again and would tell a friend to NOT go to your place. If i rent from a location I expect to have what we asked and rented to be there, not to be sent to other locations all over the NorthSide

The truck had a severe vibration, until reaching about 35 mph. It felt as though the right fro t tire was extremely out of balance. And, there was loud rattle noise in the cab, nerve-racking really. If my trip was more than 50 miles one-way, I would have returned the truck immediately.

There was no personnel. It wasn't even a building - it was more like a tent that had a counter and some U-Haul signage but no one was working. It was also far off the road and behind an odd looking flea market so it was incredibly hard to find.

No one present and after I dropped the tow dolly at the Pecan Park location, I received a email instructing me to dropped the dolly at another location. I found that unusual because I told the clerk that I was going to drop the dolly off at Pecan Park??

This was not my desired location. It was 30 miles out of my way. It was a self serve pick up. I did not have a smart phone on this trip. So I had to deal with customer service back and the guy who owned this self service pick up because he was no where in the state to help me. I had also advised them I needed the trailer for an extra day and was willing to pay. I had to call a addiontional 4 times to get them to change it on the receipts before it was right. Poor customer service. They ended up giving me extra day free tho. What sucks is I am a big time U-Haul user. Constantly using it and then this time has made me really reconsider who I should use. I was not happy at all this time about my U-Haul experience.

I had an issue with price changes and was bounced around everywhere until I filed a customer report to get me refunded on the price they told me that they would honor.

Ordered online, got confirmation phone call that requested location did not have pickup truck. Had to drive and extra 10 miles to get truck. Completed the online check in, when to get the truck and my order had been cancelled. The gentleman at the location was trying everything but ended up having to re-enter all my information. Not a real problem except it took extra time in a metal shed at 95 degrees with no AC. I had a similar reservation issue when I rented a trailer 7 or 8 months ago, but at a different location.

Pickup location was behind a flea market with no signs indicating the location. Had to call to locate. Manager did not have keys to lockbox, he had keft them at home and had to go home to get them while myself and several other customers waited. Tried using the online website to reserve a truck but it showed I could not pick up a truck until either 1 pm or 3 pm. Called your 800 number and after a 10 minute wait, was told I could not pick up the truck until 7 pm and had to drive downtown to get it, very far out of my way. Finally found a location 8 miles from my house tgat had the truck available at 9 am, the time I wanted to pick up the truck. Your websight would be much more user friendly if once you selected the truck you want to rent it would show you available locations. 800 customer service seemed lost!

First, the actual drop-off location was provided as a completely different address that was an abandoned property. Thank goodness the contact person answered his phone and was so helpful and pleasant. The address where I actually dropped off the truck was almost 2 miles away. The fact that a drop-off location address had not been updated was very disappointing.

We were VERY disappointed with the fact that we couldn't pick up at the closer location of 29 Palms, also that no one could confirm pick up location until within 48 hrs. We were trying to plan our move and did not like the last hour inconveniences. **Offer transfers of equipment** because that's why we reserve IN Advance.
