At pickup, the truck was very dirty, dusty and lots of ants inside. We had to clean it before we load it. At drop off, the gas tank measurement was incorrect and we were overcharged by $50 in fuel. When we brought this to their attention, they said it had to go through U-Haul. We never received a refund for the overcharge. We also wanted to return a sofa bag and mattress bag that we did not use, but they said they can’t do returns and we would have to return them at a U-Haul center. Terrible service!!

I only used the vehicle 1 day. The app did not give me the option to return vehicle, yet I was charged two days. I called in on Saturday. Due to no internet service.

Joseph LThe truck drives horribly with either worn front end bushings or ball ends as the truck would want to drift left then right as your having to correct its direction constantly. The drivers side door seal was coming off and I had to press it back into place more than once.
