Awful. I booked a truck and it was sold out from under me at the last minute. When I called the operator was rude and unhelpful. Really disappointed. I've been a returning customer to U-Haul for years now and I am shocked by the lack of customer service and consideration. I will reconsider using U-Haul in the future.
